What Is the Returns Policy for Young Electric?
Young Electric's returns policy is strict for change-of-mind returns. You need to contact support within three calendar days of delivery, the item has to be unopened, and Young Electric deducts a 35% processing fee plus a $35 return label. Opened or used items are refunded at 50% at most.
Defects, transit damage, missing parts and wrong items are put right at no cost, with a replacement, prepaid label or refund.
Young Electric Warranty
For e-bikes, the warranty covers the frame for five years, electrical parts for two years and other mechanical parts for one year. Rack listings say they carry a one-year warranty.
Young Electric Key Features
1. Built-In Loading Ramps
Most Young Electric racks come with a ramp, so you can roll a heavy fat-tyre e-bike onto the rack instead of lifting it.
2. High Weight Capacity
Racks are rated from 100 lb for a single bike up to 300 lb for the off-road 2-bike rack, which takes 150 lb per bike and fits 5-inch tyres.
3. Folding Designs
Many racks fold up against the vehicle when they're not in use, and fold down for loading.
4. Fits a 2-Inch Receiver
The racks fit a standard 2-inch hitch receiver.
5. Expandable to Four Bikes
The 2+2 add-on system lets you start with two bikes and add an extension for four.
6. Locks and Brake Lights
Versions with locks are available, and a brake light kit adds rear lights to the rack.
7. E-Trike Rack
A dedicated hitch rack carries electric trikes up to 200 lb.
8. Price Protection
Young Electric offers 30-day price protection: if the price drops, it refunds the difference.

How Young Electric Compares With Other Bike Racks
